Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Dolichopodidae of the seashore

Hello,

Here is a Dolichopodidae found on brackish water in upper part of the seashore (muddy). It is expected to be a Hydrophorus, but do you think we can go further?
Unfortunately few details are not seen on the pictures, but I hope that the uncommon environment would help.

Hydrophorus sp. female
I would like to advice to catch specimens for further identification.

This genus is new for me, I may collect some specimens next time.
