Ozhigovo station, Naro-Fominsk district, Moscow region, swampy area with Alnus beside the railroad. Size around 10 mm (collected but not measured or otherwise treated yet).

The first antennal segment seems to be long, which indeed suggests italica. However, the abdomen is much too dark, as far as can be seen in the pics. My guess would be either male H. pluvialis or subcylindrica, very difficult to tell from these pics. All these males are very similar.
