Hind basitarsus seems fairly paler than tibia and I guess dark hair above antennae.
These are the characters Tony's cited in former threads.
Difference between these two species is not easy thing anyway...

Really, Stephane, not an easy case - hair above antennae - black, hind basitarsus has same color as tibia :o
I'll come back to this post after expert's ID...
