Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Stictomyia?

Hi all, I found this attractive fly in downtown Chicago. The closest match I've found appears to be Stictomyia longicornis, but I haven't found any record of that species outside of cactus habitat in the southwest. I'd appreciate any thoughts. Thanks!
