Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Delia coarctata

Hi

Image taken in north west Essex, UK 6th July at 1231GMT

It looks to me like Helina impuncta but maybe it's the much commoner (I believe) Helina abdominalis?
Or maybe it is something else altogether?
Can anyone identify please?

Anthomyiidae, probably Delia coarctata.
