Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Yellowstone NP blue-striped fly

Can anyone ID this fly, observed near Lone Star Geyser in Yellowstone NP? Two individuals were observed, one with stripes and one without.

They were observed in 2013.

Hymenoptera, Crabronidae. The second may be Bembix amoena.
