Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Pretty pretty pretty Stratiomyd

Yesterday at Sestrica, Aragon, Spain. Sucking Eryngium campestre flowers at the board of cheery trees and almond trees fields. The soil was acid (there was hedges). The fly sizes... about 1 cm, lesser than Hermetia, bigger than Chloromyia.

I thinks that can be a Odontomyia. Is correct? In that case, What one?

I'd go for Odontomyia flavissima, a female.
