My first impression, but I do not know if the third antennal segment can be that large.

I don't see any sign of a long proboscis though, so my feeling is that it's a Siphonini but perhaps something like
Ceromya bicolor? Can we see more angles - perhaps a better look at the abdomen? :)

I have had a look in the key and I think it is
Ceromya silacea again but with a heavily dusted thorax :)
