looks like Amegilla maderae. (Amegilla has - following most authors - an own generic rank.)

Rami,

the Anthophoridae commonly are not ranked as family level anymore. Following Michener's 'Bees of the World' it would be
Apoidea, Apidae, Apinae, Anthophorini, Amegilla
