Hi, so this time I'm sure it's a dipteran, but I can't get further. Who can help?

Length 6.5 mm.

Thx.

Welcome to the forum Rodolfo.
I would say that this is a typical Sepedon spec. (Sciomyzidae). It is an aquatic species easily identified by their typical stigmatal lobes: long ventral lobes and the ventrolaterals with a thinner distal end, clearly separated from the proximal part.
