Suillia of course, but it is probably another species.
If the mesopleuron is bare and the scutellum haired only on the borders it could be Suillia flava.

There's another specimen collected together with the first fly, it's bigger (6 mm) and w/o dark markings on wings, but I think it's very similar. Hope it's not too severe violation of the one-species-per-thread rule.

So, the first one is Suillia flava :).
The second Suillia should be verified.
