Germany, Hamburg-Rissen, Schnaakenmoor, at a boggy area around with heather, birches, pine trees, ashes ... , Outsidefotos: kuv (only this picture), 27th of June 2014. Is my idea ok? Please help to get the ID.

I see 3 pairs of postsutural dorsocentrals. Shouldn't there be 4?

Yes, there should and it wonders me as well.
The eyes should be hairy and also that is difficult to see.

In a close up, I though I noticed the fourth DC just before the scutellum.
In any case, this is not Vibrissina, which has a total different abdominal pattern.

The picture is not razorsharp so I concluded the DC simply does not show but should be there. If really DC 3+3, this cannot be Compsilura.
