I found this Moth Fly climbing in some moss on a garden wall here in Ipswich, Suffolk on 7 Feb 2016. I think it is a male Philosepedon humeralis and seek expert confirmation of this ID. I have several photos of the fly. Firstly, when it was alive...

now the genitalia. I saw that two retinacula per cercapod but unfortunately they were detached in the process of arranging the genitalia to be photographed. This composite shows 2 of them, all I could find afterwards.

Very nice series of photos! Philosepedon in the humeralis group is definitely correct; the gonostyli do, however, look longer and more curved than in typical humeralis. I can't pinpoint any definitive ID, so "humeralis group" is unfortunately probably as close as you get... The group badly needs to be revised!
