Seioptera vibrans of Ulidiidae? or maybe another species?

In this case it should be U. apicalis, because this is the only U. species with an apical spot. The description fits rather well, except that the description states that U. apicalis should be a black species with lots of hair. This fly seems to have some metallic green sheen, which might disappear in dead animals. But I do not see lots of hair here.
This would be interesting, because this fly has only been recorded from one location in Hungary based on the old literature I have. Maybe this is an expanding species due to global warming.
