Found in coastal area by a pond on the ground. My first gut feeling was Scatella tenuicosta but I am not sure at all seeing the picture. Doesn't fit to perfection with other specimens I have seen. I need the help of you, experts, to confirm at least the genus.

Xagó, Asturias (N Spain) on 21.III.2015.

Thanks in advance for any help :)

Great!! :) Thanks a lot, Tony!! :)

Knowing it is Scatella for sure, I have checked the Iberian species list and the keys and it really seems to be the most convincing one!! ;)

Unless anybody says something different, I shall label it as Scatella paludum |t

All the best
