Nice picture! :) I'm guessing the female is the one on the bottom, with two males above - one trying to dislodge the other!

Hello,
I've seen this with many kinds of Diptera and Hymenoptera. I think this comes when two males spot the same female feeding on flowers. They both try to come first, but one is faster than the other.
