Hi,

sorry for the poor quality... but maybe someone with more experience can confirm this as Ephydrid, though? Or am I wrong?

Subfamily Ephydrinae (bulging, hairy face; fronto-orbital bristles directed out over the eyes). Possibly Scatella.
