Mosc reg., 20 June, 6-7mm
This fly suck a lot of my blood during ID. Strong pd on t3 leaded me in wrong genuses. Finally I discovered that base of R4+5 has setae on both side and R1 has seta ventraly on middle and it helpes, I hope.
My doubts is:
1. In the discription of Thricops genarum not mentioned wonderful golden parafascialia my fly has.
2. My fly has unusualy lagre for Muscidae yellow gonostiles.
Somebody knows this species? Is 1 and 2 ok?

I think you are right. I have some males from northern Finland and they do look like your fly.

Thank you Jere, I didn't find this fly in Zool Museum collection (I think there are, but among bad sorted material) and there are always doubts without material to compare.
