Hello!

In the last days the many, many Haematopota pluvialis females on the meadows and near the wood made photographing expeditions very unpleasant... :|.

But this male was harmless. It came to our garden lantern at night. Is it also H. pluvialis or possibly another species? Thanks in advance!

Important is to have a very close look at the antennae, taken from the sides ;)

Thanks! In this case I'm afraid that was not possible (fly sitting too high), but now I know what to look at for the future.
