It seemed to me that at such characteristic coloring it is possible to define more precisely: E. interrupta or E. arbustorum ?

It looks pretty much the same like the alreaday discussed one (http://www.dipter...d_id=70128). And you should have read in the key cited there that colouring is no decisive character. In this thread I wrote why it is not E. interrupta. E. arbustorum has clear wings and is also no good candidate. According to the dark wing pattern it might be E. lineata, if (1) the arista is feathery, (2) the face has a broad black stripe, (3) the basis of the hind femora is yellow. If you could prove that, I'd happily confirm the species. With but one photo I'd say "E. cf. lineata" at best.
