Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Nannomyza (=Sapromyza) basalis (wass Lauxanidae)

This flies body are 2 mm and with one central stripe and two at sides of thoraic dorsum. Is it possible to tell genus and spieces?
Also black 1:st and 2:d part of antenna.
