A photo would be useful ;) Check the file is not too big and remove any space characters from the name :)

Sicus ferrugineus (Conopidae). Well, it could be some other
Sicus species (are have a few in Germany), but 99.9...% of the specimens you'll see are ferrugineus and I'm too lazy to check what other species may occur there ;)

Quite common, as conopids go, but most insects (especially flies) are easily overlooked :) Think small, and look hard on flowers throughout summer and you should find all kinds of interesting things :)
