Hi again,
here's another larva I couldn't take a sharp picture of. Is this a chironomid, too? Or something completely different?
Length about 11 mm.

I agree with Dero spec. You can even see the forming of a posterior zooid (asexual reproduction).
@ Tony: I didn't know you have experience with oligochaetes....|t It is one of my favourite groups
