Could this male be determined from this photos?
Photos from 17 June 2015 Rö, Högsjö 62 N, E 17 Ångermanland, Sweden.

With the legs black and mid vitta of scutum equally wide there are two possibilities:
E. festiva or
E. histrio
The differents between those two species are:
E. festiva: hind tibia with 7 av setae and arista relative long haired
E. histrio: hind tibia with 12 av setae and arista only pubescent
The arista seems pubescent, but I don't have a clear view on the av setae on t3 .........
Eustalomyia histrio / festiva for now..

Thanks for your answer and explanation Johanna.
I found one mor Picture from same Place but 2 Days earlier.
There are quite long hairs on Arista which can be seen on original Picture and 6-7 setae on t3
Then it should be fastiva.
