Hello,

A Sciomyzidae found in North of France, Clairmarais, the 21 october 2015, in a mainly decidious forest
Maybe close to Elgiva solicita ?

correct,
the black spot at tip of R2+3 and femur 1 with ventral spines are ennough for definite ID.
