I don't think it's the right family. It should be a Cylindrotomidae.

Cylindrotoma distinctissima distinctissima (Meigen, 1818) :)
Probabile it is the first record of the Cylindrotomidae from Slovenia :D
Send the photo and collection data to Pjotr Oosterbroek (p.oosterbroek @ chello.nl)

:D

Not according to Fauna Europaea!

Found 4 (sub )species in Slovenia for Family Cylindrotomidae:

Cylindrotoma distinctissima distinctissima (Meigen 1818)
Cylindrotoma distinctissima (Meigen 1818)
Phalacrocera replicata (Linnaeus 1758)
Triogma trisulcata (Schummel 1829)

Thank you Jan Willem!
I think only in this case Fauna Europaea is more precise than the CCW (Catalogue of the Craneflies of the World).

it is also true, that Pjotr Oosterbroek suggest that European distribution not yet complete in the site.
