this is Tipulidae, but I do not have keys at my disposal right now. Tomorrow I will be back at the lab and check for the genus/speciesname, if possible. Or you can check with Theowald yourself at

The black lobes at the bottom of the photo are the dorsal lobes by the way. Looking through Theowald it resembles Lunatipula subgenus.

Looking through Theowald I would say Tipula lunata, but I'm far from expert (just an amateur photographer) so I will wait on your ID.
