Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Cecidomyiidae, supertribe Cecidomyiidi

Hi,
I found this small diptera on my balcony on Sept. 21, 2015 (near Bologna, Italy)
The wing veins and the antenna make me think of a male Cecidomyiidae. Is this correct and is it possible at all to get any further in determination? Thanks in advance :)

I agree with Cecidomyiidae, but I don't recognise the genus

Supertribe Cecidomyiidi, so we've narrowed it down to about half the species in the family.
