does it say anything further than Psychodidae?

apr., 23rd, 2015, northern upper rhine rift, Southwest Germany, kitchen, 3,5mm.

In tribus (old name) Telmatoscopini. Maybe it is Clogmia rothschildi.

I would expect Clogmia to hold both wings coplanar.

So do I, but they not behave like our books say. Tribus Psychodini holds the wings folded, but this definitely is no Psychodini.
