This is Rhagionidae, genus Rhagio. There is a key in http://home.hccne...hagio.html; however, the photos are a bit difficult to interpret. The stigma seems completely dark in the pinned fly but partly yellow in the living one. Dark stigma and uniformly grey thorax would make R. lineola, a bicoloured stigma points to R. maculatus. The wings of the pinned specimen show slight shadows on tip and crossveins, this, together with a dark stigma, is typical for R. vitripennis. So do all pictures show the same fly? And is the thorax grey throughout or striped in the middle? I am afraid I cannot find out the species...

Gstalker

You now have shown us three different flies.
Please be more precise and show only one fly per subject.

Thanks

Theo

No, here only two species of a fly it are exact. A photo in the nature the same fly. And two photos of one pinned fly.
