concerning antennae colour and width of cell R4+5,
this black-legged Muscina should be M levida, right?
aug, 25th, 2015, northern upper rhine rift, Southwest Germany, Hessen, 9mm, near compost pill, resting in the sun.

Yes, it is
levida. The medial vein is hardly bent at apex (usually, it is all the same more pronounced, even if not as much as the others species).
