So far R.calceata not yet recorded for Moscow region. I think it is
R.latifrons (Loew), known from this regoin.

According Ozerov this species are not easy to distinguish. Some difference is in colour of fore legs.

I had a phone conversation with Ozerov. He just collected again in Moscow park R.latifrons. He told that the best character is hind basitarsus - R.calceata - dark, R.latifrons - whitish.

Earlier I looked at the colour of the hind basistarsus in your picture, but they are out of focus and leave an ambiguous impression: one appears to be paler than the other. ;)
