Found today in my garden. Which species is it exactly?

It is not a Syrphid it is from Hymenoptera sp.

Sorry Paul! Firstly I thought it is a Ceriana sp. I was very superficial for the momentary bewildering resemblance!!!:o Thank you anyway!

Most probable, it is a female of Leucospis dorsigera (Leucospidae), a parasite of Osminii bees.
