I'm thinking female
Fannia (Fannidae) or possibly some other muscoid fly. No lauxanid I've seen has such well-defined, broad, dusted orbital bands on the frons. What is visible of the wing shape is also of muscoid type, but I have to admit that the general habitus of these groups are really similar and I often get confused in the field myself:|
