Hi,
I believe it's Chironomidae, but I am not sure. I saw a few threads of the subject, but I couldn't tell Chironomidae or Chaoboridae. Please fill me in:)

Hi Andre
This is Chironomidae - here's a couple of links to Chaoboridae.

If the basitarsus (=metatarsus) of the fore-leg is as long or longer than the tibia, then it's Chironomidae :). If it's shorter, it could be all sorts of things (including Chironomidae :()

Hi Tony,
Just saw your reaction. Somehow missed it. I see what you mean. So Chironomidae it is. And I guess that's as far as it gets? Thanks a lot:)
