It looks like Triarthria setipennis.
However, the arista appears not to be articulated in three.
So either I'm wrong or the picture is somehow misleading.

This was a small Tachinid. The head shape is quite characteristic.

I tried to enlarge the head as much as possible, but the resolution is not good. Maybe the arista could be articulated into three, but this is difficult to see.

Well, it's strongly thickened.
It should be in three.
I have little doubt this is Triarthria setipennis.
