This fly visited the Achillea in my garden.

with a long antennal flagellomere this looks like a female in the genus Lonchaea or possibly, due to its size and all black legs it could be Setisquamalonchaea fumosa there is not enough detail in the photographs to tell precisely ........ Iain

I knew that it probably will undeterminable from these photos. Thank you very much for your opinion anyway.
