Hello,
I find it has a general look of Rhagionid. But I'm not quite sure.

You are right, Rhagionidae.
It is an interesting male of the genus Chrysopilus.
Most likely ID is Ch. nubecula, a species from mountains and hilly regions. See post by Frank Kohler some year ago.
