One from last year[June] Male and possibly female of the same species, only half a metre apart in the grass.
Listed on my checklist for Shetland are 4 species [fwiw]. Not sure if the names are up-to-date.

Rhamphomyia morio Zett.
Rhamphomyia simplex Zett.
Rhamphomyia stigmosa Macq.
Rhamphomyia erythrophthalma Mg.

The male (at least) looks like Rhaphomyia stigmosa.
