It bothers me a bit I only see 2 pd on the hindtibia, what could indicate to
Hydrophoria linogrisea.
I don't have a clear view on the scutellum to see if there are little hairs all over... or bare in the middle, if so than it is

Thanks Johanna, I confirm 2 pd on hind tibia.

It seems bare in the middle.
And it also seems, there are 3 pd on the other hindtibia (just visible on your last photo).
So probable
Hylemya vagans...
