It bothers me a bit I only see 2 pd on the hindtibia, what could indicate to Hydrophoria linogrisea.
I don't have a clear view on the scutellum to see if there are little hairs all over... or bare in the middle, if so than it is Hylemya vagans.

It seems bare in the middle.
And it also seems, there are 3 pd on the other hindtibia (just visible on your last photo).
So probable Hylemya vagans...
