Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, at an uncultivated natural area near a small rivulet, sitting on a leaf of stinging nettle (Urtica dioica), 25 m, Outsidefoto: kuv, 19th of June 2013. I think it looks similar to the flies of Anthomyzidae but I can't find it in the diptera gallery: Wrong familiy? Please help to get the ID.

Thank you very much Paul - :)
I think you meant Chyliza leptogaster.

Sorry, I meant Chyliza, yes, but I cannot distinguish between leptogaster and nova just on these images.

Head, wing, and dorsocentral bristles are not speaking for Chyliza. This should be Chamaepsila, I think C. pectoralis. What do you think Paul?

Thank you very much Piet - I saw your message already a few days before but I was waiting to Paul, too (but he is late :D ). I'll change headline.
Kind regards Kuv
