Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Trixoscelididae? => Orchisia costata

Hello,

I found this small fly, about 3mm, I have never seen it before so I need your help to ID it :)

There was 5-6° c. The fly was moving the wing one by one like some Tephritidae and Sepsidae does.
