Some people think Scathophagidae should be a subfamily of Anthomyiidae.

If you could confirm the arista are bare, it shoud be Scatophaga furcata (thorax with few thin ac, front femora with a dark stripe, clouded crossveins).

And, indeed, the arista are bare
