Peplomyza litura is the correct? Found 24.5.2014, Slovakia-Kosice, 200m a.s.l. Thank you. Regards, Karol

Looks OK, unless there are very similar species in your part of the world.

in Central Europe only P. litura, P. discoidea and P intermedia occur.

P. discoidea
"face with a pair of black spots well above oral margin; black spot between antennae absent"
I think these photos would be a worthy addition to the gallary.:)
