Dear Mihailo
This is a Stratiomyiidae, but I cannot decide if this is Sarginae (Chloromyia, Microchrysa) or Pachygasterinae (e.g. Zabrachia, Pachygaster) for this needs carefull examination of the hairs on the head and anal segment. And, as Stratiomyidae pupate within the last larval skin, it is impossible to tell if this is a larva or yet a pupa.
