Hi,
I met this fly in may of this year, in a forest, at Trèlon (North France)
I thought for a long time it was Dryomyza (Dryomyzidae) but now i wonder if it could be a Phaeomyiidae?
Unfortunately, this is the angle i have, and i couldn't catch the specimen...

Yes Pelidnoptera,
P. fuscipenis or P. leptiformis, in my opinion impossible to tell from this point of view.
The third, P. nigripennis has mus wider jowls.

Not Phaeomyiidae but Sciomyzidae by the way :-)
A detail, but an important one.

Many thanks for your opinion :D
And for the detail (i was basing on Fauna europaea, but i guess it is a bit "out of date" as usual...)
