Hello,

I cannot identify the genus of this syrphidae.
Location: Germany, east of Nordrhein-Westfalen, on edge of a deciduous forest, size without wings about 7 mm, photos on 04.05.2014.

Hello Konrad,

A Dasysyrphus with the abdominal markings on tergite 3 and 4 missing! Dunno which species...
