Hello NakaRB,
Yes, looks like E. obscura female. The dark face (barely visible here. The yellow metatarsus fo the hind leg and the entirely shining abdomen with yellow lateral spots on tergite two and the yellow hind margins. To be sure I'd need to see a lateral shot showing the hairs on the abdomen.
