Italy, Apennines near Lucca, 370 msl, 31st July.
Valley slope, open woodland. white umbel flowers.
I think this is
Brullaea ocypteroidea and that the possible specimen identified here-

Clairvillia biguttata as it has female post-abdominal claspers, which should be absent in
Brullaea,

You are totally right !
I had misidentified the females in my collection, I had only few (and it is pretty stupid).
