Hello
Found swimming at the bottom of a Rainwater bucket in NE of France between Metz and Thionville (Distroff 57925), about 5mm lenght.
I think it's Culex larva ?
Thank you for your help

Culex territans larva. Immediately recognized by its long and slender siphon with numerous hairbundles.

Tony reminded me of the presence of C. hortensis and on second thought this larvae belongs to C. hortensis instead of C. territans

Thank you atylotus and Tony
I've found a drawing of the siphon of Culex species in one of your messages http://www.diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?thread_id=64234&pid=272796
